For those of you who subscribed to Time & Materials, my newsletter about running professional services companies, you may have noticed that I stopped writing last year. I had a lot more to say about the business of consulting, but I got busy with a new venture.

My goal is to get back to more regular writing, using what I’ve learned over the last year and a half as a guide. I’ve seen first hand how quickly business and technology is changing because of AI, and it’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot.
